TERMS AND POLICY: Shipping: All orders placed before 2:00 pm. CENTRAL TIME, are guaranteed to be shipped same day via UPS, unless instructed otherwise.
Payment: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover are accepted. It's standard company policy for first time customers to prepay for their first order, either by a charge card or by sending a money order or cashier's check prior to shipping the order.
Returns: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization, and we must be notified within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns accepted on CUSTOM MERCHANDISE. All authorized returns will assess a restocking fee of 15% of the total amount of the returned merchandise, unless advised otherwise. All returns must be made freight prepaid.
Credit: In the event a return is made with proper authorization, a credit memo will be issued for the credit amount, and will be sent to the customer within 3-5 business days of receipt of merchandise.
Custom Order: Custom orders are always welcome, we require a 50% deposit upon signing P/I and sample approval for the US made custom order. Delivery time approximately 2-3 weeks from signing the P/I or sample approval. All overseas custom orders must be prepaid, plus freight, screen , set up...etc., or any other charges the order may assess.
